Terms & Conditions

This agreement applies as between you, the User of this Web Site and 999 Auto Parts Online Network, the owner(s) of this Website. Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions is deemed to occur upon your first use of the Website. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, you must stop using the Website immediately.

No part of this Website is intended to constitute a contractual offer capable of acceptance. Your order constitutes a contractual offer and our acceptance of that offer is deemed to occur upon our sending a dispatch email to you indicating that your order has been fulfilled and is on its way to you.

Definitions and Interpretation

  Means any third party responsible for transporting purchased Goods from our Premises to customers.

Account

In order for you to purchase items on the Website you have to set up an account which will have certain personal and payment details. Upon creating your account you represent and warrant that all stated information is accurate and truthful and that you have granted permission to submit payment information where it is applicable.

Any consequent activity undertaken by another person under your account will not be deemed the responsibility of 999 Auto Parts Online Network. If you have reason to believe that your Account details have been obtained by another without consent, you should contact 999 Auto Parts Online Network immediately to suspend your Account and cancel any unauthorised purchases that may be pending. Please be aware that purchases can only be cancelled up until the time they are dispatched. In the event that an unauthorised purchase is dispatched prior to your notifying us of any unauthorised problem with the purchase, 999 Auto Parts Online Network accepts no liability or responsibility and you should make contact with the Carrier detailed in the Purchase Information.

Either 999 Auto Parts Online Network or the user may terminate your Account at any time. If 999 Auto Parts Online Network terminates your Account, you will be notified by email and an explanation for the termination will be provided. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right to terminate without giving reasons. 999 Auto Parts Online Network reserves the right to cancel purchases without stating reasons, for any reason prior to processing payment and dispatch.

Discount Codes

Account discount codes may be offered to certain customers, these may be dependent upon certain account information which if found to be untrue will lead to an automatic cancellation of the account and may result in further legal action if necessary.

Promotional discount codes may be offered to certain customers at certain times depending on running promotions running throughout the year, if these are temporary promotions the codes must be used within the designated time period as they will no longer be active/useable after that finish date.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers can be purchased from 999 Auto Parts Online Network and the voucher is valid for a limited time (usually 12 months) within which period the voucher must be used; it will become invalid once the expiry date has passed. A gift voucher will be despatched as soon as the payment has been received for it and will be sent to the delivery address stated upon purchasing the voucher. 999 Auto Parts Online Network cannot take any responsibility for lost/stolen gift vouchers or those sent to an incorrect address.

Sale

Upon placing an order the user is intending to purchase the item(s) subject to the rules set out by 999 Auto Parts Online Network, all orders are dependent upon availability and the correct order price. Due to availability of items dispatch times can vary but we endeavour to ensure speedy delivery and to meet our outlined targets as far as possible. Deliveries within the UK are the only ones where delivery times can be guaranteed, however these can also be subject to delays such as postal delays/issues and other possible unforeseen barriers.

To enter into a contract with 999 Auto Parts Online Network you must be over 18 years old and have a bank account which we deem acceptable, and/or an issued valid credit or debit card in your name. 999 Auto Parts Online Network withholds the right to refuse to accept any order or any request made by a user. Providing the user order is accepted you will be shown an initial on screen confirmation of your order which will be followed by an email to confirm the order has been placed which will be followed by an email to confirm your order has been dispatched. These emails can be kept as proof of purchase and payment, there will also be details of all purchases and transactions via each user’s individual account.

Delivery

We know that you want your products fast, that’s why we hard to make sure your order is dispatched as quickly as possible and that it arrives in good time.  All orders placed before 3pm on any weekday will normally be dispatched next working day.

Our standard delivery is within 3 to 4 working days and our 1st class service is within 1 to 2 working daysfrom the date of purchase.

Please Note: Items ordered after 1pm on Friday or Saturday and Sunday will be processed and dispached on monday morning unless otherwise stated or confirmed by a member of staff.

Returns

Returned merchandise will not be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Please call 0161 766 8302 and speak with a customer services representative to obtain a RMA# and shipping instructions or email returns@999autoparts.co.uk. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Unopened Merchandise 
You may return any "unopened" products and accessories within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Simply return the item to us using the most convenient shipping method available to you. Customers that have used our free shipping option are subject to outbound shipping and packaging costs up to 20% of the order value, this will be deducted from your return refund. 

Opened Merchandise 
"Opened" products and accessories can be returned within 30 days of delivery*, but will be subject to a restocking fee from restock charge from 15% to 25% of the order value to cover to cover testing, cleaning and repackaging expenses. Simply return the item to us using the most convenient shipping method available to you. Customers that have used our free shipping option are subject to outbound shipping costs, this will be deducted from your return refund.  Opened returns must be in salable new condition with original materials and packaging.

Built-to-Order Items or Painted Items 
There are no returns allowed for products which have been specially built or customised for you. These items are not routinely stocked at our warehouse and therefore cannot be returned, custom built to order items can also take from 1 - 4 working days to disptach, also please note that delivery times advertised on standard and express delivery options are set from the date of completion of any bespoke order. 

Cancelled Orders 
An order that has shipped cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order which has already been shipped, you will be responsible for both the outbound and return shipping costs. 

Suspect Damage and or Obvious Damage to the package or box on delivery

Please (a) REFUSE DELIVERY and (b) Call Us Immediately so we can process the appropriate claims and coordinate an exchange for you. 
On occasion, the outer carton may look damaged, but the product inside the box is perfectly fine. If you suspect concealed damage, note "Possible Damage" on the delivery receipt while the carrier is present and refuse delivery. This way we will replace immediately hassle free.   

Defective Products 
We encourage you to test your product within 7 days of receipt so we can quickly remedy any problems. If you think your product is defective, don’t worry. 

In most cases, it’s a simple issue that can be resolved over the phone. You are also welcome to contact our technicians to help solve your issue. Please have your order number available for fastest service.

Prices & Stock Levels

It is our intention that all prices, description and information shown on this Website will be accurate however errors may arise. If an error is found by 999 Auto Parts Online Network in the Website in relation to the price of the goods you have purchased we will communicate with you as soon as possible and inform you of the price mistake and will give you the option to either confirm or cancel your order at the correct price.

If for any reason we cannot contact you we will cancel the order as opposed to charging you unexpected additional amounts. If you decide to cancel the order based on the different price and have already paid for the goods you will be given a full refund. Delivery charges will be in addition to the item price, unless a promotion of postage discount is applicable.

Website Linkage

As a user you are permitted to link to our homepage, on the grounds that it is in a legal and non-discriminatory way and in no way manipulates or damages the reputation 999 Auto Parts Online Network. The link must not give the impression that 999 Auto Parts Online Network is associated with or has endorsed another entity when no link has been agreed or exists. The terms and conditions above comprise the agreement between 999 Auto Parts Online Network and the user and overwrite any preceding and simultaneous agreements between the user and 999 Auto Parts Online Network. The only way the terms and conditions can be superseded by the user is with written documentation signed by a director of 999 Auto Parts Online Network.
